Most resurfacing lasers work with one wavelength, meaning they primarily target one depth or one category of skin damage.
HALO TRIBRID is different. It is the world’s first triple-wavelength resurfacing laser, combining 2940 nm + 1927 nm + 1470 nm in one intelligent handpiece. The wavelengths can be independently controlled or delivered together, allowing treatment of different levels of the skin in a single session.
2940 nm Er:YAG — SURFACE RESURFACING Creates precisely controlled superficial ablation, adjustable from 20–150 microns, to address rough texture, fine lines, enlarged pores, scars and damaged epidermal tissue.
1927 nm — PIGMENT + PHOTODAMAGE Targets more superficial pigment and uneven tone—sun damage, discoloration and dullness—while promoting a clearer, brighter complexion.
1470 nm — DEEP DERMAL REMODELING Penetrates approximately 300–700 microns into the dermis, creating controlled thermal injury that initiates deeper tissue renewal and long-term improvement in skin quality, tone and texture.
And this is where HALO TRIBRID becomes especially interesting: instead of choosing between superficial resurfacing, pigment correction or deeper dermal treatment, we can address all three levels during the same treatment.
The system also uses Dynamic Thermal Optimization, which adjusts energy delivery in real time according to skin temperature, plus optical navigation that tracks handpiece movement to help maintain consistent coverage.
