Forever Young BBL®

Forever Young BBL is not a separate machine. It is a specific, named way of using Sciton's BBL device, performed today on the BBL HEROic handpiece, built around a set sequence of passes over the skin: a base pass, a pigment-targeting pass and a vascular (blood vessel) targeting pass. Each pass uses pulses of light tuned to be absorbed by different targets in the skin, which convert to heat and prompt the skin's own repair processes. It is marketed to patients as a preventive or maintenance treatment for early, broad signs of sun exposure and aging, such as sun spots, redness and fine vessels, rather than as a treatment for a single specific problem. It is commonly repeated a few times a year as ongoing maintenance rather than as a one-time procedure. Because it runs on the already FDA-cleared BBL platform, Forever Young BBL itself does not carry a separate FDA clearance record; it is a branded protocol, not a distinct regulated device.
